Trevor Leggett leads our team of around 650, self employed, agents across France. The agents on the ground offer unrivalled local knowledge and are given full support to ensure that the service you receive is of the highest quality.
Liane Peyre is responsible for the ongoing training of our sales force. She is responsible for the residential "induction training" that all new agents must undertake, as well as our team of regional trainers who ensure that our agents are kept abreast of changes to legislation, market changes and internal policies and procedures.
Lorraine Deuré heads up the department, assisted by a dedicated team of recruiters. They are constantly on the search for new, dynamic agents throughout France. Leggett offers an unrivaled Induction Training as well as continued support both in the field and from Head Office departments.
Headed by Natalie Leggett this is the team that will take your initial enquiry, help you find suitable properties and create your viewing itinerary where you will be met by our local agents. Our call center is open six days a week and we are currently handling up to 500 new enquiries a day.

Headed by Nicolas Sardain we employ a team of people expert in the field of public relations, direct marketing and graphic design. Sales files are managed by the SAD from the mandate acquisition to the signing of the authentic deed. The team participates in the collection and review of mandatory information and documents. By supporting clients and sales agents, they ensure the validity and solidity of sales contracts (mandates and promises) with the aim of successfully concluding the sale.
IT support is given by SARL Pixul and headed by Ludovic Boyer. They ensure the smooth running of the bespoke internal systems used through the Leggett Group. The team also works closely with our marketing department on the design and upkeep of the award winning Leggett websites – ensuring that they remain the most innovative and user friendly in the business. It is critical to our vendors that their properties reach the widest possible
Maryvonne and Pierre form the formalities department. Maryvonne has been an employee since 2014, she does the same work as Pierre who has been an employee since 2019. Both are in contact with future agents to guide them on the mandatory steps to be a commercial agent. They also manage the logistics of intra-course training for Pierre and with external organizations and Opco for Maryvonne. Both help the sales department in case of a rush, Maryvonne manages the e-mandates, Pierre records sales. One word to sum up their tasks: Versatility!
